WELSH cider producers are gearing up to take part in the annual Welsh Cider and Perry Festival – this year taking place in a Gwent rugby club. The Welsh Perry and Cider Festival at Ynysddu RFC on June 1-4 is to play host to over 60 different real ciders and perrys, as well as live music, food stalls and the Welsh Cider and Perry Championships.
Gardens kitted out for mothers
While over at the National Botanic Garden of Wales, Llanarthne, they share plants from different regions of the world and put on a food and craft fair, with music, in their vast glasshouse. Mums will even get in for free on the special day too.
