The Welsh Assembly Government (WAG) has altered its arrangements for transitional Tir Mynydd payments to help farmers adapt to Glastir.
Instead of spreading 90% of the pay-outs over two years, the WAG is to make full payments in 2012, capped at the 2011 payable area.
