Anglesey is affectionately known as the ‘Mother of Wales’, the gentle climate and the fruitful soil have enabled farmers and growers to produce an exciting range of products. The Anglesey Oyster & Welsh Produce Festival is a friendly food fair whereby visitors get the opportunity to meet and build relationships with the producers, many of which are local farmers.
