Green Britain Day 10-07-09
July 10th is Green Britain Day, where friends and families up and down the country will join together as part of Team Green Britain to help reduce the nation’s carbon footprint.
EDF Energy, the Eden Project, London 2012, Eco-Schools and Global Action Plan are encouraging all schools to take part in this years Green Britain Day:
“Green Britain Day is a chance for everyone across Great Britain to take real action in the fight against climate change. If we all take small steps together, we can make a big difference for a greener Britain.”
Visit teamgreenbritain.org to get involved for the practical support, and advice you need to make a difference. Team Green Britain is about making simple changes with big consequences.
